Project Overview
shyad Engineering provides consulting services in a number of engineering disciplines related to architectural design, exterior and interior design, site coordination, studies and engineering designs for residential, educational, medical, commercial, administrative, industrial and other sites and facilities. This is accomplished professionally and according to the latest international specifications and codes, starting from the study stages and brainstorming to integrated engineering studies, executive programs, implementation supervision and project management, within integrated work teams with cooperation with local and international specialized offices in projects of a special nature.
My Role
Project manager directly with the client and specifically I was responsible for the user experience part, finding solutions for this product and building the front end of the site and managing the team members of the developers.
Problem Statement
As a subsidiary, Shyad faced several challenges in establishing itself as an independent entity and gaining visibility in the engineering consultancy domain. The absence of an independent online presence posed a significant hurdle to their growth. Potential clients searching for engineering consultancy services were unable to find Shyad easily, and the company was missing out on valuable opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities and secure new projects. To overcome these obstacles, Shyad recognized the need to create a website that would serve as a powerful marketing tool and establish their credibility in the industry.
